Arduino is an open-source physical computing platform based on a simple I/O board and a user-friendly development environment that implements the Processing/Wiring language.

The Arduino board can be used to develop stand-alone interactive objects or it can communicate with software on your computer (e.g. Flash, Processing, MaxMSP, Pure Data).

Duemilanove is the enhanced release of the previous Diecimila. It adds several features (auto-reset, extended power connector, built-in led, USB overcurrent protection), as well as automatic power source selection.

This board comes fully assembled and tested, including the new ATmega328 processor, pre-loaded with a faster bootloader.
